Annual Report and Financial Statements

Our Annual Report and Financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with the Companies Act 1985 and the Charities Act 1993. They comply with the requirements of the 2005 Statement of Recommended Practice, Accounting and Reporting by Charities.

As a charity with an income exceeding £10,000 in our reporting period, the Charities Act 1993 requires us to submit a copy of our accounts and a Trustees' Annual Report (TAR) to the Charity Commission.
